Elizabeth Doherty’s collection includes many linen garments designed to be worn with ease and elegance. Begin the new year with a new sequence…
Cecelia will begin our day with an introduction to sequence knitting.
We will be using local yarns from Sincere Sheep dyed especially for this workshop. We are so lucky to have Brook and Becky come at lunch to share about their specialty yarns.
After lunch she will introduce us to a special project using the sequence knitting taught in the morning!

In this class students will create a personalized Swedish Dolly, learning essential techniques to knit, stuff, sew and embellish a Boy, Girl or Christmas Elf. At the end of class you will be able to apply the taught skills and use your imagination to make any Dolly.

Jenice will take you through the process of proper measurement, soldering, hammering and various finishing techniques. You will walk away with a finished set of three thin rings OR one thick + one thin ring to keep or give as a gift.
